It’s my blogiversary this week!
What started out as a way for me to share my healthy tips, turned into much more in the last year. It’s during that time that I embraced my calling of helping people introduce more healthy vegan meals into their lives. I love and appreciate that I have a way to share my thoughts, recipes, and passion with you through this blog.
I have connected with so many people across the globe and made a number of new blogging friends. Your dedication and devotion inspire me and I can’t tell you how much I’ve learned from you as well.
I am excited to continue to help others find more healthy and fun ways to live a vegan lifestyle and to share more plant-based recipes with you.
PS – I love hearing from readers so don’t feel shy in contacting me about anything at all! You can let me know if you’re interested in anything specific and I can do special posts with reader questions or recipe ideas.
Thanks again for all of your support and love – now on with the tasty treats!
For my blogiversary I wanted to create something fun but still healthy. I used a plant-based protein powder as the base of these balls and added in almond butter and coconut oil for healthy fats and coconut flour for fiber and extra protein. I used a small amount maple syrup as the sweetener.
You can leave out the little sprinkles but I think they add a nice little crunch without adding too much extra sugar. And what’s a celebration without a little sugar!
You could make these balls any time you needed a little special treat. They would be great for birthday parties, anniversaries, potlucks, etc. You can use specific colors for sprinkles to fit with the theme of your celebration!
