Healthy Vegan Fridays #139

 Happy Friday everyone! 

This week has been a bit less hectic than the last few so I’m not rushing to get this HVF post done which is much more relaxing. How has your week been?

My pups got their hair done on Valentine’s Day. Here they are looking all proud of themselves.

I have no real plans for the weekend and I’m so excited about it! Matt and I are going to dinner and I’ll probably catch up on the last season of Sherlock but that’s about it. I have a few recipes I’m playing around with for St. Patrick’s day so hopefully they’ll work out and I can photograph them for the blog too. Any plans for the weekend?

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie recipe / Running in a Skirt

Speaking of smoothies, Running in a Skirt’s Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie looks delicious as well! Who doesn’t like chocolate covered strawberries? I know I do and this is another smoothie on my list to try in the next week!

 

The Baking Explorer’s Chocolate & Peanut Butter Caramel Brownies are calling my name! They have everything I crave: chocolate, peanut butter, and caramel!

 

This Chickpea Peach and Pumpkin Curry from Green Gourmet Giraffe looks so delicious! What and interesting flavor combo! Perfect for a healthy dinner!

 

This week Kimmy is sharing her Mushroom Potato Bake. Kimmy is so creative with using things she has on hand to make amazing meals. Although I just ate, this is making me hungry again!

 

And I’m sharing my Roasted Red Pepper Sauce that I made for Valentine’s Day. I know it’s a little late but the sauce is tasty so you can use it anytime.
