Happy Friday everyone!
I hope your week was amazing! Nothing too big going on here. I’m feeling ready to commit more to working out. I now have a trainer at the gym and have started running again. You may have seen this picture on my Instagram page. To motivate me more for my workouts I wear fun tees and thought I’d start sharing them – probably only once a week since I’m not really into selfies but I do pride myself of my t-shirts. 🙂
I’m also volunteered at and am attending my first healthcare conference so that’s been exciting. I’m learning so much.

I’m obsessed with Beautifully Bohemian’s Sleepy Time Chocolates. How sweet is it that she made these for her kids? I wish my mom made these for me when I couldn’t sleep when I was younger (or even now!). I love that Randi uses natural ingredients too.
Courtney’s Cookbook’s Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter looks perfect to spread on bread, add to smoothies and smoothie bowls or to eat right out of the jar (which is probably what I’m going to do with it). Love the flavor combination because it’s like I can have my cinnamon raisin bread without the bread!
This Chocolate Covered Strawberry and Cashew Butter Baked Protein Oatmeal from And a Dash of Cinnamon looks like my kind of breakfast. She always comes up with such protein-packed and tasty dishes!
This Tomato Chickpea Salad with Cilantro Lime from A Virtual Vegan looks so fresh and colorful. I’m going to have to make a big batch and bring it to work this week!
Today Kimmy is sharing her Chickin Sinquesadillas. Don’t they look delicious? I need to get to the grocery store and pick up some tortillas so I can make these for dinner this weekend!
And I’m sharing my Lentil Bolognese With Spaghetti Squash. It’s a hearty dish because of the lentils but I made things a bit lighter with the spaghetti squash. If you’re not into spaghetti squash, you can use any kind of pasta (I’ve had it both ways and enjoyed it).
