I don’t really like the word “diet” as in “I’m going on a diet”. It’s too restrictive and it feels like something temporary you have to get through. I try to focus on eating healthy vegan food that nourishes my body every day rather than dieting. When I stick to non-processed plant-based food (like my Green Power Bowl), I don’t have to diet!
