I offer a 6-week intensive nutritional coaching packages to those that want to get started on their healthy vegan journey. You can make a lot of progress and build many new healthy habits in 6 weeks!

This Plant-Based Power Package includes:
- One (1) 60-minute initial consultation
- Four (4) 30-minute check-ins over the following 4 weeks
- Diet Nutrition Analysis (via Cronometer)
- Follow-up Materials:
- Food plan
- Healthy plant-based recipes
- Other resources that we spoke about in our session
- Weekly (M-F) email support between the 5 calls*
- Access to discounted professional grade supplements
- * If an email is complex and takes longer than 5 minutes to respond or you have multiple questions, I may ask you to schedule a 15+ minute session with me to answer your questions. This is due to liability and to streamline communication.
- Email responses may take up to 24 hours to respond (not including weekends), but we will be in close communication.
- After your sessions are over, we can reevaluate and see if you need any additional support.
- This package expires 3 months after date of first consult.

We can sit down for an hour, hash out what’s going on, what questions you have and figure out what are the most powerful steps you can take to get you where you want to be.
We can do A LOT in 1 hour – but you don’t have to stress. I’ll keep the info in bite-sized tips so you’ll leave feeling motivated and empowered (and no longer confused!).
I’ll also send you a follow-up email with all the things we covered (resources, tips, etc) so you’’ll be off to a strong start.
Where are consults conducted?
Currently, I am only taking client meetings virtually. This allows me to offer coaching to all clients across the world. Virtual consults can be arranged via telephone or video conferencing (video conferencing tools are HIPPA complaint). You do not worry about the technology if wanting to do a video conference. It’s very easy and I can help with the setup!
Does VNutrition & Wellness take insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time.
How are payments made to VNutrition?
I will send you an invoice for the service you request through Paypal. Paypal accepts both credit and debit card payments. All payments must be made prior to the appointment.
Are there any costs outside of your consulting packages that I should be aware of?
My fee includes the one-on-one time during our session(s) but it does not include the cost of any lab work or supplements that I may recommend.
