I have created a plan to get clients on a healthy plant-based diet in as little as 4 weeks. I will be there to support you to assure healthy transition.
This package includes:
- One (1) 45-minute initial consultation
- Three (3) 15-minute check in calls/video meetings over the following 4-6 weeks
- Email support between calls (this includes emails that would take about 5 minutes to answer. For in depth questions, a phone consultation would be required)
- Analysis of blood work and/or recommendations on blood work for vegans
- Help with nutrients/vitamins/minerals you need to keep an eye on when going plant-based
- Recipes and food plan
- Access to discounted professional grade supplements
- This package expires 3 months after date of first consult.
