This Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is so easy to make yet so tasty. Toss it with pasta for your loved ones and have a special dinner ready in about 15 minutes!
Ever get sick of the same old tomato sauce for your pasta? I do every once in a while so I figured why not switch things up and make a sauce with another red veg, peppers.
I love making this sauce for Valentines day and creating a whole red theme. I start with beet hummus and veggies as an appetizer, make this tasty pasta for the main course, and then finish the meal with my Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats.
Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
My Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is made with just a few basic ingredients and only takes about 10 minutes to make (depending on how fast you chop onions).
Throw the sauce on some pasta, top with some fresh parsley and my vegan parmesan and you’re ready for a romantic dinner for a loved one or a tasty meal the whole family can enjoy.

We keep our Valentine’s Day pretty low-key too, but pasta is always a win! I like that you went with a roasted red pepper sauce instead of the usual tomato. Sounds delicious!
