Celebration Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C dairy-free vanilla protein powder
  • 2 TB coconut flour
  • 1.5 TB coconut oil , melted
  • 2 TB almond butter
  • 2 TB maple syrup
  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 TB sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Mix protein powder, coconut flour and sprinkles in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Add wet mixture to dry mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Form into 8-10 1-inch balls.
  5. Place balls in fridge to harden for 45 minutes to 1 hour before eating.
  6. Keep in fridge up to 5 days.
