  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/3 onion
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • Juice of half a lime


  1. Blend all the ingredients and serve!
  2. You can top the soup with a nice swirl of coconut cream, some zucchini swirls, and/or lime!
