  • 1.5 c sushi rice or plain brown rice
  • 1 cucumber , sliced/diced
  • 2 carrots , shredded/chopped
  • 1 avocado , sliced
  • 3 radishes , sliced
  • 2 sheets of nori paper cut into small smaller pieces
  • 1 cup edamame (fresh or frozen)
  • Or feel free to use whatever ingredients you enjoy
