These Ginger Orange Creamsicle Pops are the perfect easy and healthy summer treat! Similar to store-bought creamsicles, these dairy-free pops are full of creamy orange goodness with an elevated taste from the ginger. They're a tasty summer dessert without the guilt!
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Put the top on molds and insert popsicle sticks. If you're using wooden sticks, soak the sticks in water for a few minutes before inserting them so the sticks don't float to the top.
Freeze overnight.
To get the popsicles out of the mold, run the bottom of the molds under warm water for a few seconds or submerge the molds in a warm bath (a few inches of water) in the sink for about 10-20 seconds and this should help the popsicles pop out. Less time is better - you don't want melty pops!
