Ingredients

  • 1 can frozen orange juice
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 cubes Dorot ginger

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.

  3. Put the top on molds and insert popsicle sticks. If you're using wooden sticks, soak the sticks in water for a few minutes before inserting them so the sticks don't float to the top.

  4. Freeze overnight.

  5. To get the popsicles out of the mold, run the bottom of the molds under warm water for a few seconds or submerge the molds in a warm bath (a few inches of water) in the sink for about 10-20 seconds and this should help the popsicles pop out. Less time is better - you don't want melty pops!
