Celebrate the Day of the Dead with this healthy re-make of the popular Ecuadorian drink, Colada Morada! My smoothie version takes only minutes to make but keeps many of the same flavors as the original.
Add oats, ½ cup of milk, spices, and orange zest to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until smooth.*
Notes
*You may need more milk but this will depend on your blender and if you are using frozen or fresh berries. With frozen berries, you may need more milk.
