Snickerdoodle Dip – Like the Cookie, Only Healthier!

This delicious Snickerdoodle Dip tastes just like the holiday cinnamon sugar cookie but it's healthier! The surprise ingredient is chickpeas but don't let that scare you away - no one will know (unless you tell them)!

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 c almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process till smooth.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. 

Notes

Dip can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days.
