Ingredients

  • 1 can (15oz) chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 TB pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • All all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. 

Notes

This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
