These GarlicVegan Sesame Noodles are gluten-free and dressed in a spicy creamy tahini peanut butter sauce. Topped with veggies, tofu or tempeh, this is a deliciousandhealthy meal you can have ready in 15 minutes!
Add all sauce ingredients to a bowl and stir until smooth.
When noodles are cooked, add them to a large bowl with the sauce.
Top with sesame seeds and scallions and serve.
Notes
Peanut Butter/Tahini: If the peanut butter is too hard which mine usually is when taking it out of the fridge, add a tablespoon of boiling water to it to melt. VeggieAdditions: Add some shredded carrots, cucumber, cabbage, celery to the finished noodles. You could also steam/saute some broccoli, mushrooms, bok choy, or spinach while the pasta is cooking and add it to the dish. ProteinAdditions: Try topping this dish with crispy marinated tofu,tempeh crumbles, soy curls, teriyaki tempeh, tofu crumbles, or grilled tofu steaks.
